Ran with Dani and Ava Mettler, and Georgia at practice today. I think if I honestly didn't run with them they wouldnt have made it over two miles. Hopefully they will realize soon that their race is 3.11 miles long and they need to start getting serious about training, but I'm happy with this. Will try to get them to 3ish on Wednesday. Swapped out my easy/off day to Monday from Friday.
