SO CRAZY NICE OUTSIDE (that deserved a shout out).
Tempo run at River Hill with a one mile warm up and a short cool down. Miles 3 and 4 were on a track, so I stepped it up a little.
Really great run this morning with April and Erin. And celebrating my anniversary running for Carlitos and the Labrada Family in San Diego! Yay!
