Forgot to charge the Gamin, so I think my pace was faster than usual, which meant more walk breaks because I was wearing myself down faster. Forgot my inhaler, which meant more walk breaks anyway. My hip gave me no trouble while I was out there, but as soon as I sit it decides to get all bitchy with me. Not impressed.
