Not my fastest 11 miles in training, leg/calf feeling better, still keeping it slow, but interestingly, according to the pace calculators this is about what my training pace should be for long runs based on my fastest 10k! Thanks to Jeanne for running with me & sometimes taking a quick walk break too!
