Notes
This was a good run, but I ran too fast. I should have kept it 20-30 seconds slower, but I was feeling good. I didn't feel too tired until around 10-11 miles, and I only had one mile that was significantly slower than the rest (10:44, 9.5-10.5) Altogether it turned out alright, and what a way to close up base-building. WOOOHOO I MADE IT TO TRAINING WITHOUT GETTING INJURED!!!!!!!
I'm excited, bring it on!
