great tempo. 4+ mile warmup, then 5 tempo miles (6:42, 6:41, 6:41, 6:40, 6:27) and 1+ mile cooldown. had the hammer on the last lap of the last tempo mile. felt like i could have done more. ran within myself and felt comfortable the whole way.
