Felt great. I was able to keep the HR in High Zone 2. It would flirt with 150, but concentrating on my stride would bring it back down. I ran it at 6.1 with the Blue shirt which I think is not as cool as the others.
This was the first run with the leg compression sleeves on. I had little to no shin splint pain during the run, and only hints on the walk back. There was some mild (~2.5/10) ankle pains sporaticaly but infrequent while running.
