I found a nice half mile to 3/4 mile of road that was basically snow free, so I just ran up and down that 3 or 4 times. It was 2 miles away, the run there wasn't bad, but once I had a taste of snow-free road, the run back, with same conditions, felt like total shit. Can't wait for some good roadage to run on again.
