1st day back from my 3 day nap. Here is the list of all the things that are wrong with me.

My ankle has been kinda whack for a week now, loss of motion

My calf feels tight

my hamstring feels tight

my glutes feel tight

my back feels kinda jank

So nowhere to go but up! The run also felt kinda jank. maybe because I haven't run in 3 days. I'm excited for this outdoor season though to see what I can throw down in the 10k. My prediction is 31:15 at the fastest, 31:29 as my goal, and sub 32 as a checkpoint
