Range 11:26 to 9:56. I just made it! I felt tired today, regardless of the "recovery indicator", and planned to average about 11:00, but this is what I got. Did not check my watch at all. Tried to bear in mind that these will be the recovery runs later on, so I need to do them easy enough.
