3.5 to 5, goal 4.5. 11:57 to 10:22, goal 10:57.

Ran after work, going to try once again to make this change. Judging by the way the paces fell off in the last 2 miles, I should have gone out a tad slower...but the average of the last 2 miles is almost exactly at goal, and I did feel the most comfortable in those miles. Take that for what it's worth. Feeling OK, could feel my hamstrings on the uphills but nothing bad.
