3.5 to 5.5, goal 4.5. 11:40 to 10:16, goal 10:50.
Used the Garmin for this, and it measured my 5.5 miles here as 5.7. I took the time for 5.7 and scaled it back to give me the same average pace, 10:22. It did feel like I was at the high end of the range, even in the first mile or two, and I probably should have slowed down. Feeling OK, but not sure I should have run this quite this quick. Left peroneal area a little sore, will pay attention to this.
