2 miles easy running before and after strength Beth! Flush out those legs!!!

Felt OUTRAGEOUSLY good running, hope to feel like this tomorrow for my 7 miles....first mile 9:02, second 9:23. Did not time the post-strength ones as dark was just coming down and I was running and enjoying Xmas lights.
