Nothing like an easy run with strides!!! :)

5 miles easy, go by feel and keep it comfortable.

When you are done run EIGHT approx. 100 meter strides where you build to good turnover but NOT all out. Just looking for a little cadence that's all :)

Did not look at Garmin for paces or final results. Seems to me that they are pretty close--first mile of course slower. Mile 6 of course is faster as that is made up of strides. Seems that 60 steps makes about 100 m of strides. Did 60 steps strides, 30 steps recovery. Was running out of gas by the 8th and last set!
