Trying a lighter shoe with less support, but without going minimalist. Sticking with the slightly bigger size (10.5) that has worked with the Saucony trail shoes since the size 10 Adrenalines clearly aren't big enough for my permanently swollen feet now that I'm running 50+ miles per week. Will try initially without superfeet insoles. |
