Notes

Skipped the half again because I'm too injured. Was planning to take more time off and to hit the bike at the gym. Instead I ran on the treadmill in the gym, stretching carefully before and after. Felt out of shape. Both hip and oblique areas are either in the same condition or only marginally better.
