Notes
First run with the mu2 mask. It's cool this morning, so I can't just its warmth in warmer conditions yet. But I can breathe much better with it, and it also seems to cover my mouth and nose more securely. Also my first time running the reservoir route before class in a while. As always, it feels good to be back at it but seems longer than I recall. Legs feel a bit lethargic and right hamstring aches a little, but they're better than a few days ago.
