4 mile warm up, 6 mile tempo @ 6:30/mi., and 1 mile cool down. Felt worn down, almost didn't do the tempo at all, and then a bee got into my shoe and stung the top of my foot right after I started. So I didn't try to run fast, just to stay under 6:30. The average ended up there because of one slower mile into a headwind. Pace didn't feel fast at all, even though obviously I was working harder than my fatigued body wanted to. A little rest and I'll be much faster.
