PVTC Cranberry Crawl. Official time 19:41. Less bad than last week but still sub-par. Very windy during roughly the first and last third of mile 2. That's why my pace for mile 2 is so slow. Mile 3 is better but by then the wind had worn me down. The wind was also cold, and my arms in particular were hurting because I had short sleeves on. Note to self: wear long sleeves when it's really windy, even in a race.
