Plus 2 hill sprints on Taylor at the end. Developed cold symptoms yesterday, which explains why I've been dragging a bit the past couple days, although it hasn't affected my running. Decided to try to run through it. Legs felt strong today. But as before my right glute/hamstring area was weak, slow, sore, and tight on the hill sprints.
