81/64 (around 180). Fartlek: 3 x (1, 2, 3 min) w/ equal recoveries. Did this instead of 2 x (1600, 800, 800) w/ 1600 @ 6:05-6:15 and 800 @ 2:25-3:02, and 2.5 min. rest between reps and 5 min. rest between sets. I was feeling too worn down by the late summer weather for that longer workout, especially with a 5k race in 3 days. But I ran the fartlek pretty hard. I slowed a little at the end, but it went pretty well. Much less humid than yesterday, but still hot, sunny, and humid enough.
