Felt like my first real long run since the historic half. Less humid than before, but the sun was still very hot in my face, and I made the mistake of not wearing my visor. Carried two .5 liter bottles. Slow but that was necessary in this sun and heat, as was the quantity of liquids. Head wind on the way back. Felt ok. Lower back was tightening up a bit towards the end.
