Managed an actual run after 5 days off. Calf still tight. It never entirely loosened up, but it's just runnable and I can keep my stride even. Need to stretch and massage it. May need to take tomorrow or the next day off to ease back into it. I'm also sore in weird places from all the exercises I've been doing while not running.
