Dusted by Kenny and Shawn. I didn't realize we were going that far. Plan was a progression run with fast finish. I was toast after 12 miles. I'm surprised by this. Maybe I just had a bad day. HR crazy high, but maybe it's my cadence starting around 13 miles?
