After not running again yesterday (this time because of the Eastern APA and rain), I'm feeling pretty out of it. My back is still stiff from the medium-long run two days ago. I shouldn't have sped up toward the end of that run but should have kept it easy and steady the whole way, without any gel for metabolic training. I might need to run short and easy for a little while to work out this stiffness. Pedestal 40, myrtl, upper.
