SLR Cathedral Clintons + East Potomac Park x 2. Route was 12 and hilly. I stayed within sight of the front group but kept my pace/effort more consistent while they surged and then stopped at intersections. The early effort, especially uphill, set me up to continue at around 7:20 pace once the hills were done and I maintained the effort solo around 10 miles in. Didn't feel like I was pushing but definitely was tired of running after around 15 miles and let the pace slow once I left Potomac Park for a bit of a cool down. Right hip again tight afterwards but again didn't notice it while running. Took yesterday off because both achilles, but especially left, felt beat up presumably from the Puma Elites on Wednesday.
