Never pushed it, or stopped, or ate gel. Took it relatively easy to get in some miles while recovering from Sunday, resting up for a long run this week, and trying out my new Brooks PureFlow shoes. From this first trial run they seem promising. Towards the end I had a little bit of hip aching, though it's unclear whether that's from shoes with less cushioning or something else. It didn't feel quite like the right hip/groin issue I mentioned yesterday. My left lower leg is still bothering me, though, and needs icing.
