6 mile fartlek with 5x20sec@6:00-6:30, with the rest supposedly at easy pace. That was moderate-hard, harder than I expected. I think that initially I ran the hard portion too fast, and later I was running the supposedly easy portion too moderately. Next time try running the hard portion just at the end of each mile, instead of at the beginning, so that I can see my pace during the easy leg, since I can do the hard leg by feel (and by watching the time). It's important, though, to keep the easy part easy.
