Tempo aborted when my left, lower trapezius pulled. I didn't notice it before this happened, but it was clearly from carrying Chisel the day before on a walk. The more vigorous arm pumping when I ran faster was too much. After it pulled I couldn't even jog, though, and had to walk home.
