3 x 1T (3 min.) at 6:22, 6:15, 6:18. On the treadmill because it snowed again this morning. Felt kind of hard, partly because of stomach discomfort (beet juice?) and partly because of gym mugginess, not to mention being out of tempo shape. LC #1, pedestal 40, mrytl.
