79/70. Very humid, and I had a hard time with it at first. After taking my second gel at halfway, I took a third at 14 miles and a fourth at 18 miles. That made me feel better during the first half than the first. My fueling has been all wrong. I should be eating before especially long runs and taking more gels during them. Hamstring was almost unnoticeable. Splits were even. No attempt to go faster.
