4 x 2 miles (2 min.) at 6:16 average (6:15, 6:14, 6:16, 6:18). Physically I felt pretty good, but mentally this was tough for some reason. Maybe it's just that 3 x 2 miles messed me up last time, but I was psyched out by the 4th interval. Once I started it, though, I actually felt better, even though I ended up slowing down a tiny bit. Soon after running I found myself stuck sitting on an uncomfortable plastic chair for hours, which contributed to my muscles tightening up.
