(179) Solid 4 mile tempo progression. Coming along nicely. Last night I finally realized that my pain in the butt is also my glute medius at its origin in the greater trochanter. I need to sit on a tennis ball regularly, especially right after running, and keep doing my strengthening exercises. It's not my hamstring.
