track: 2 x 15 minutes @ threshold (2:30 recovery), then cool down. Actual pace was just over 6:20 for the first one and just under 6:15 for the second, pretty consistent in each case. Cadence was good: 180-185. Overall this went better than expected: faster on the second one but never pushed hard. Felt pretty smooth.
