Didn't run yesterday because it was raining hard all day and cold, plus I needed the time to work anyway. Today was quite windy, I didn't sleep well, and again I have little time, so I just did an easy run again. But I felt good, and my new Pure Flow 2 shoes (Christmas present from E) felt awesome.
