14.7% - 4 x :45 hills. Felt pretty good, but hard. I haven't done anything like that for quite a while, so it's good to start with only 4. Calves felt fine. Did notice the bad hamstring tendon by the third or fourth rep and on the cooldown, though. So watch that. First run in the deviates, which seem slappy and hot but otherwise promising. Excellent grip. Maybe when the outsole wears down a bit the ride will become smoother.
