Notes
1 x 2 mile, and 1 x 1 mile, both at 6:35 / mile pace, with a lot of rest in between (not sure exactly how much). Intended to do a 4 mile tempo run. But stopped halfway and decided to try 2 x 2 miles. But stopped halfway on the second one, and decided to call it a day. Hot and humid (dew point 72) at mid-day. Still an ok workout.
