Notes

First speed workout in a long time. Kept it pretty conservative:

2 miles easy.

5x800m just under 6:20/mile pace, with 400m jog and about 30 sec. walking in between (equal time or just under).

1 mile easy.

1st half: 92+96=3:08

2nd half: 93+95=3:08

3rd half: 95+96=3:11

4th half: 93+95=3:08

5th half: 92+95=3:07

This felt hard but not too hard. I was clearly running less evenly in the 3rd to 5th halves.
