3 x 1 mile T (1 min.). Quite windy: maybe 15 mph steady from the north. So the second interval was harder even though it was slower. It wore me out and I decided against doing a fourth interval. I probably woulda-coulda done a fourth if it weren't so windy, but I'm still erring on the side of caution.
