5 x 1 mile (1 min. rest). Daniels says to do 6, but I'm a wimp. I was a little slow from the beginning but pretty much held that pace until the last one. Felt stronger last time doing 2 x 2 miles, but it may just be my down week blues. Could have slogged through a sixth one but it would have been too hard for a workout, I think, especially this week.
