Working on form: don't sit in the saddle/bucket. Run tall, hips forwards, arms even and higher. Felt like I was sticking my chest out more than anything. Also trying secondarily to raise cadence, which I hope to focus more on soon. Afterwards did a few very light, mostly core exercises and stretches.
