Notes

The heat wave broke with an overnight storm, but the humidity is going down slowly. I set out for a slightly longer, easy run without any definite plan. After 8 miles I started getting a bit tight on the right side of my lower back down to the top of my hamstrings. By 9 miles it started affecting my stride, so I stopped, stretched, and walked home. Just trying to keep it loose and easy. My foot is still fine. I think I'm ready to start some lower body and core strength work.
