System check. Right front quad is the only problem. Running felt pretty much fine. Only noticed the quad a bit towards the end, but immediately afterwards it's achy and tight. Surprised that everything else seems fine. Right lower hamstring was bugging me on Sunday after the marathon through Tuesday, but I didn't notice it at all today. Calves have seemed fine since the race - I must not use my calves as much when running slower. Soreness on Monday and Tuesday was in both quads and hamstrings, worse on the right. My right leg obviously is doing more than half of the work.
