2 x 2 mile T (3 min). Average is 6:15.5. It was quite windy (and cold) but somehow affected me equally both directions. This is my first day of Spring break, and I've been quite tired and stressed lately. So I wasn't sure if I had any kind of good run in me today. But I took a two hour nap with A just before this run and decided to go for it, since it's only going to get windier over the next couple days. My hip felt ok the whole time. I'm used to the tightness now but mainly noticed it when I was running slower before and after the tempo. The wart on my left foot really hurt at first, though, but gradually became numb. Yesterday I ate some habanero peppers at dinner that burned out my insides. My stomach felt sour towards the end of the second interval but not so bad that I needed to slow down much. Before that, I was surprised how ok I felt on the second interval after feeling pretty wiped out by the first one.
