Entire workout: 8 easy, 4 x 1 mile T @ 6:19/mi. (1 min.), 3.8 easy = 15.8 miles total. Daniels said to do 5-6 mile repeats. I could certainly have done at least one more at the same pace, but I feel quite worn down. For the hour easy run at the beginning I felt bad, as if I would have run that slowly even if that were the only thing on the schedule for today. Then I was surprised how easy the tempo intervals were.
