(179). Feeling pretty good. But something was up with my right hamstring low down on the inside - not in the usual place. Maybe I tweaked it running up stairs to get over the train tracks when a train was coming, or maybe I just noticed it first then. It was just very slightly tight, just enough to draw my attention without really affecting anything except to throw off my rhythm a tiny bit. I stopped to stretch it at halfway and iced it afterwards. It continued to be a little tight but seems to be loosening up now a few hours later.
