Notes

At the marina. Daniels says 5 x 1 mile T with 1 min. rest. I tried to do 4 but had a muscle spasm in my lower back shortly after starting the fourth and stopped. My back has been super tight lately from something A related. Rested a bit before running the rest of the easy miles.
