8 x .25 mile (1:30 rests) at Alimos marina. Felt pretty good. Not pushing but trying to relax right at 6 flat. No calf issues at all. Always aware of the hamstring, but no alarm bells today. Maybe go up to 10 reps first and then shorten rests to 1:15 on the following workout staying at 10 reps?
