2.5 easy
4 x 200 (200) at 39 (VDOT 56 or 57 pace)
2 x 400 (400) at 79/80 (VDOT 57/6 paces)
1 mile easy
1 mile tempo (6:15 = VDOT 56 pace)
1.5 easy
total = 8 miles
Felt looser than usual on the reps but started to get tired on the final 400, even though I was resting plenty in between. Maybe it's just that psychologically I wanted to hold back. I almost didn't do the tempo mile but was glad I did, because it wasn't difficult and it was good to hold a non-easy pace for a little while.
