Solid 7 mile tempo averaging 6:28.9/mi. Left quad still sore. In fact I had a little trouble getting going because all thigh muscles on both legs were still a bit sore from Tuesday, the left quad just somewhat more than the rest. But I got into a good rhythm and didn't seem to be pushing as hard as last time, at least until mile 6.
